PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely obtain a brain blood stream. SOLUTION: A K-S arithmetic means 124 obtains the temporarily calculated value λα of a brain/blood distribution coefficient λ from temporarily calculated values Kaiαand Kaoα obtained by a Ke/Ka conversion means 112 on the basis of the assumed value γα of a Ke/Ka conversion constant γ set by an assumed value setting means 114. In this case, the means 114 varies the value γα in a desired range. A λ value defining means 126 compares the value λαwith a target value λτ supplied from a target λvalue calculation means 122 to define the value γα when the value λα approaches the closest to the value λτas a true Ke/Ka conversion constant γ.
