PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility in a road intersection; to reduce the road occupying area for construction; and to remarkably quickly perform construction, in a method for constructing an elevated type traffic route, and the elevated type traffic route. PSOLUTION: An upper side road 2 composed of approach banking parts 2a and 2A, approach elevated parts 2b and 2B, and bridge parts 2c and 2C, and striding over an aboveground road 3, is constructed on an aboveground road 4. The approach banking parts adopt a banking construction method by foaming resin blocks, and the approach elevated parts adopt an elevated bridge of a three-dimensional rigid-frame structure by partially pushing construction of a launching system. The bridge parts are constructed by installing floor slab beams 10 being a steel floorboard box girder on a pier 14 with a concrete-filled steel pipe as a column.
