PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uneven settlement evaluating method for a foundation structure, a design method for the foundation structure and a design evaluating method for the foundation structure, capable of evaluating uneven settlement, drafting a design and evaluating the design of the foundation structure laid on a construction site, while taking into consideration a load of a building and the foundation structure.;SOLUTION: Position of gravity center is estimated on the ground for construction from the load based on the design content of the foundation structure and the building. A laying range of the foundation structure is divided into two or more of small divisions by a virtual line extending in a radial shape with its estimated position of the gravity center as a starting point. A settlement quantity is instantly determined with respective measuring points determined with respective small divisions. The possibility of causing unequal settlement is evaluated by determining a gradient between its measuring point and the other measuring point with respective measuring points.
