PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a serious problem in a conventional gun barrel or the like wherein a muzzle velocity of a fired bullet is reduced and a firing sound is loud since a firing gas passage for removing air or the like in the gun barrel is not provided from a tip of a shell case or the like to a tip vicinity of a bullet or the like during loading of the bullet via an inner wall or an outer part or the like, the air or the like in the gun barrel is rapidly compressed, exhausted from a gun muzzle, and scattered in every direction as impulsive sound, and one part of explosive energy of a propellant provided in the bullet or the like is consumed as impulsive sound generating energy or the like.;SOLUTION: The firing gas passage is provided from a tip vicinity of the shell case or the like to the tip vicinity of the bullet or the like during loading of the bullet or the like via the inner wall or the outer part of the gun barrel or the like. At firing, since one part of the firing gas passes the passage and reaches the tip vicinity of the bullet or the like faster than movement of the bullet or the like, the air in the gun barrel or the like is removed, and by causing a rapid flow in the firing gas or the like heading toward the muzzle or the like and reducing a pressure in the gun barrel, the muzzle velocity of the bullet or the like during firing is increased, and the firing sound or the like is reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
