PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voiced/voiceless judgment apparatus capable of accurately judging a voiced section or voiceless section of even a signal having many acyclic components and an input signal in which a plurality of different cyclic components are mixed.;SOLUTION: The voiced/voiceless judgment apparatus 1 is equipped with an autocorrelation calculation part 11 which calculates an autocorrelation value of an input signal, a delay calculation part 12 which calculates a plurality of delays maximizing the autocorrelation value calculated by the autocorrelation calculation part 11, a noise judgment part 13 which judges whether the input signal is noise based upon the plurality of delays calculated by the delay calculation part 12, and a voiced/voiceless judgment part 14 which judges which of voiced and voiceless signals the input signal is based upon the judgment result of the noise judgment part 13 and the input signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
