Vascularized tissue substitute comprises microparticles colonized by stroma cells together with endothelial cells in a fibrin matrix and contains a blood capillary system. Vascularized tissue substitute comprises microparticles colonized by differently differentiatable stroma cells (preferably adipose tissue stroma cells) together with endothelial cells in a fibrin matrix, so that the tissue substitute can be formed from any mesenchymal tissue type in a defect-adapted manner, optionally in combination with several different mesenchymal soft tissue types (e.g. adipose tissue, muscle tissue), optionally comprises hard tissue (bone), contains a blood capillary system that takes over the supply of the system and is conformable, so that the defect region is sealed and, in combination with the vascularization, microbial rejection of the tissue substitute is avoided. An independent claim is also included for a process for producing a vascularized tissue substitute, in which a polymer or collagen carrier is produced in microparticle form via a freezing phase, the carrier is precolonized with mesenchymal stroma cells containing stem cells in a stirred culture, the cells are multiplied and differentiated according to the desired mesenchymal tissue type, the colonized microparticles are embedded together with endothelial cells and optionally one or more artificial tissue equivalents (also produced from a polymer matrix colonized with stroma cells and endothelial cells) in a fibrin matrix containing basic fibroblast growth factor and vascular endothelial growth factor, and the mixture is poured into a mold.
