The arrangement has a star wheel (2) and a crown wheel (3) for achieving large transmission ratios and is combined with a worm drive, whereby the star wheel and the worm wheel form the pinion of the crown wheel. The drive and the output can be arranged concentrically or non-concentrically. The crown drive has no axial offset and only one star wheel, whereby the worm (1) can be arranged at any position.
