DRIVER MACHINE FOR ATTACHING CEILING MATERIALS FOR HEIGHTENING VISUAL EFFECT AND ECONOMICAL EFFICIENCY BY INCREASING WORK EFFICIENCY, REDUCING LABOR COSTS AND PROCESSING A LOT OF TASKS QUICKLY
PURPOSE: A driver machine for attaching ceiling materials is provided to heighten visual effect and economical efficiency by increasing work efficiency and reducing labor costs. CONSTITUTION: The driver machine for attaching ceiling materials comprises a power transmission gear(200), a rotary shaft unit(300), a material supply unit(400), and an auto-screw supply unit(500). The power transmission gear(200) contains: guide posts(10,10') fixed vertically by welding to flanges(F,F') fastened with a guidepost fixing-supporting plate(T) by many wrench bolts(60) and provided with flat gear units(K,K'); a coupling(40) coupled with rolling bearings(3'), which are connected between spindle pulleys(50,50') by a V-belt(A), by a spindle pulley(50) and provided with a square hollow; and a power transmission fixing-supporting plate(P) fixed vertically by a fixing ring(20) and many socket set screws(80). The rotary shaft unit(300) contains: rotary shafts provided with a driver fixing joint(E), fixed with rotary shaft pulleys to fix a deep groove ball bearing(19); pushes(30,30') provided with a housing groove for the deep groove ball bearing(19), a bolt fastening hole to fix a rolling bearing(29), a bolt fastening hole to fix a rolling bearing(29') and rotary shaft fixing-supporting plates(D,D') to insert into the guide posts(10,10'); a spacing fixing bolt(Y) provided with screws to fix each rotary shaft to the rotary shaft fixing-supporting plates(D,D') and a bolt fastening hole to bolt on both sides of the rotary shaft fixing-supporting plates(D,D') and inserted to the fastening hole, then fastened with a fixing nut(32); and a shift device formed by fixing spur gears(14,14') to flat gear units(K,K') of the guide posts(10,10') and fixing plummer block rolling bearings(13,13') to bolt fastening holes(h,h') of the fixing-supporting plate(D).
