PURPOSE: An information provision system for guiding an entrance and an exit and a billboard having the same are provided to maximize an advertising effect by providing information of a particular office to a passer. CONSTITUTION: An information provision system for guiding an entrance is installed at an entrance/exit(1) of a fixed structure in order to guide each position of the entrance and the exit and facilities of the fixed structure. An input unit includes a position measurement part(110) in order to measure the relative distance of a passer from the entrance/exit. A control unit analyzes the information of the input unit. An output unit provides voices and images to the passer at the predetermined position apart from the entrance/exit through receiving a control operation of the control unit.
