摘要

PURPOSE: A cultivation method of Cordyceps sinensis. using a fly larvae as a host is provided to producing Cordyceps sinensis massively with low cost. The fly larva contains a large amount of growth hormones, therefore the Cordyceps sinensis cultured by using it as a host contains now pharmacological components and active ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A spawn of Cordyceps sinensis is inoculated into the potato dextrose agar medium and cultured for 15 days at 25deg.C. Then the spawn is then inoculated into the potato dextrose medium and shaking-cultured at 24 to 25deg.C for 5 to 7 days. Thereafter, the cultured spawn of Cordyceps sp. is inoculated into the unpolished medium, followed by shaking and culturing at 20 to 22deg.C for 5 days. It is further cultured for 10 to 13 days when a mycelium appears. A host is sterilized at 121deg.C for 20 to 30min, inoculated with the mycelium of Cordyceps sp. and then cultured in an incubator at a temperature of 18 to 20deg.C and a humidity of 70 to 80%.
