PURPOSE: Provided is an enhanced hybrid soil remediation system of contaminated soil with organic chemical compound which uses solar energy in an air sparging/vapor extraction process, thereby being able to extract pseudo volatile organic compounds as well as volatile organic compounds with high efficiency with no operation cost, and completely remove contaminants in soil by applying a bioventing process after the extraction process. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a solar energy system with a solar collector(1) for collecting solar thermal energy and heating thermal media, a heat exchanger(3) for exchanging heat of the thermal media, a thermal energy storage tank(4) for storing thermal energy transferred from the heat exchanger(3), and an auxiliary heat source(5) for supplying heat to the storage tank(4); a vapor extraction system with an injection well(6) through which hot air is sparged into the contaminated soil and an extraction well(7) through which contaminants are extracted from the soil; an extracted gas treatment system with a moisture separator(8), a water tank(9) for storing water collected by the moisture separator(8), and a gas purification unit for purifying the separated gas; and a bioventing system for increasing and keeping a temperature of the soil to expedite biodegradation of remained organic compounds in the soil.
