PURPOSE: A method for a financial commercialization of a medical treatment allowance and a system therefor are provided to supply a partial portion of a charged medical treatment allowance to a corresponding medical treatment institution which charges a medical treatment allowance based on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A program necessary for receiving and executing medical examination and treatment of a patient and a program necessary for charging a medical treatment allowance are installed in a client computer(100) of a medical treatment institution. The programs are small programs such as an applet being supplied in an operator server(200). After charging a medical treatment allowance by a person in charge of a business, the client computer(100) is used for requesting a partial portion of a corresponding charged medical treatment allowance promptly. The operator server(200) examines the medical treatment allowance promptly request. The operator server(200) pays the requested amount of money or a payment approval amount of money to the corresponding medical treatment institution in accordance with the examination result. The operator server(200) stores and transmits electronic documents being received/transmitted between an medical insurance institution server(300) and the medical treatment institution according to medical treatment institutions.
