摘要

With the economic development and the prevalence of commercial credit in our country, coal enterprises are increasingly facing the pressure of asset liquidity due to a large number of accounts receivable after sales on loan. At the same time, commercial banks become more and more cautious of issuing loans to coal enterprises of general competitive industries, in order to avoid more non-performing loan assets. So Developing businesses that finance coal enterprises' accounts receivable is the most effective way to solve the problem. Firstly this paper makes an overview on financing of accounts receivable and introduces its manners and features. Then, concerning the present problems in financing of accounts receivable of coal enterprises in China, this paper proposes specific measures in promoting the development of it.
机译：随着我国经济的发展和商业信用的普及，由于售后应收账款大量增加，煤炭企业面临着越来越大的资产流动性压力。同时，商业银行越来越避免向一般竞争性行业的煤炭企业发放贷款，以避免更多的不良贷款资产。因此，发展为煤炭企业应收账款融资的业务是解决该问题的最有效方法。本文首先对应收账款融资进行了概述，并介绍了应收账款的融资方式和特点。然后针对目前我国煤炭企业应收账款融资中存在的问题，提出了促进其发展的具体措施。
