"The system of integration and management services in telephone networks and the integration process and service management.We describe an integration system and service management particularly used in telephony networks.The system integration and management of services comprising: an interface module (10) comprising a means for receiving (11) of different protocols (40), and a conversion means (12) of the protOcolos distinct (40) in the messages transmission standard (STM); a processing core (20) including a multiplicity of modules of control and management of transactions from the messageEns of transport pattern (STM); and at least one adapter module (30) comprising a module controller (31) selectively coupled to the processor core (20) and at least one module provider (32) associated with a telephony platform is described, also a process of integration and management of services particularly used in telephony networks.The process of integration and management including the following steps: a) receiving a request for a service through a separate protocol (40); (b) the conversion of different protocol (40)In a message transmission pattern (STM); (c) transmission of the message transmission pattern (STM) to a processor core (20); (d) distribution and processing of transactions through the modules.The control and processing arranged in the processor core (20); (E) opening of a ticket of register (TDR); (f) the sending of an execution order for at least one adapter module (30); (g) concLusu00e3o request requested and sending results of transactions for the processor core (20); and (H) closing the ticket of register (TDR).
