CONSTITUTION:Execution strategy as a scenario framework regarding methods of using and utilizing the information resource stored in a resource storage part 101 is included, and on the basis of the execution strategy, etc., the execution control over processing by the properly distinctive use of the information resource in the resource storage part 101 is managed. One or plural direction parts 102 are provided. Further, link structure is generated by linking the resource storage part 101 with the direction parts 102, the direction parts 102 which are made mutually separate and independent and the resource storage part 101 are integrated, and transfer of information between the both or the management of the execution control is performed by one or plural connection management parts 103.
