PURPOSE: To continuously carry drilled sediment onto the ground while keeping a pressure air room at a high pressure by rotating an elastically sealing material attached impeller sliding along the inner face of a casing for a rotary feeder. ;CONSTITUTION: A rotary feeder 21 integrally communicating with a sediment hopper 20 and a sediment throwing device 1 provided with a sediment entrance pipe 22 are set up in an air-tight operating room R surrounded by the top 4a and the edge 4b of a body 4. The rear side of the sediment entrance pipe 22 is connected to an air supply pipe 2 open to the air and the front side is connected to two continuously drawing tanks 9 installed on the ground via transport pipe 3. A rotor which has an impeller with an elastically sealing material fixed to the end is set up in the rotary feeder 21 and rotated by sliding along the inner face of a casing. A transport and throw portion 22 is kept at an atmospheric pressure during stopping sediment and at a negative pressure during carrying sediment while keeping the sediment hopper 20 in a pressure air condition with the elastically sealing material, to draw and carry out drilled sediment with the continuously drawing tank 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
