PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody enzyme exhibiting action of decomposing a urease of Helicobacter Pylori, therefore effective for disinfecting the Helicobacter Pylori, and capable of avoiding appearance of chemical-resistant bacteria, and to provide a method for utilizing the same.;SOLUTION: This antibody enzyme is obtained as follows: a monoclonal antibody to the urease of the Helicobacter Pylori is prepared, and an amino acid sequence and a base sequence of variable regions of an H chain and an L chain of the monoclonal antibody are each determined; then the amino acid sequence is subjected to molecular modeling, a three-dimensional structure of the monoclonal antibody is estimated, and the monoclonal antibody is made sure whether it has a triadic structure of catalyst residues or not; and further the monoclonal antibody having the triadic structure of the catalyst residues in its variable region is acquired as the antibody enzyme, and the antibody enzyme is made sure that it decomposes the urease.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
