PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen transition controller and a screen transition control method capable of flexibly coping with a change when a screen is added or deleted.;SOLUTION: This screen transition controller stores a name of an output screen transitionable from screen classification correspondingly to the screen classification of an output screen generated before transition and a URL of a program generating the output screen after the transition in each the output screen generation program. One of the plurality of output screen generation programs includes: a means (S03) directing the generation of the output screen; means (S04, S05) acquiring the generated output screen and the screen classification of the output screen; a means (S06) acquiring the URL and the name of the next-transitionable output screen about all the plurality of output screen generation programs on the basis of the acquired screen classification; a means (S08) generating a menu screen including a link of the next-transitionable output screen on the basis of the acquired identification information and URL; and means (S10, S11) composing and outputting the menu screen and the output screen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
