PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that over-all controls the image information and gene information that are obtained from a variety of gene expression experiments and can extract the stored knowledge without extraction omission.;SOLUTION: In the master library creation step, gene clones are prepared on a multi-well plate having the wells lined in rows to obtain a collection of genes that are expressed in a specific tissue. In the sequencing step, the nucleic acid sequences of the gene clones that are prepared at the master library creation step are read. In the sequence analysis step, the analysis is carried out on the basis of the nucleic acid sequence information that is read in the sequencing step. In the hybridization step, an in situ hybridization experiment is carried out to examine the gene expressions corresponding to the gene clones in specific cells, tissues and organs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
