PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling facility for efficient dressing for outgoing of a resident.;SOLUTION: In the design of a dwelling house, a dressing traffic line-based space where furniture, apparatuses, clothes, personal belongings, accessories and the like necessary for the resident to dress for outgoing are integrally arranged in the order of the dressing traffic line for outgoing is arranged in the vicinity of the entrance of the dwelling house.
