PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispatched person support system that can give a dispatched person a route guidance to the working place of a customer which is the dispatched destination of the person, and to provide a dispatched person management system which can manage the diligence and indolence of the dispatched person at the dispatched destination.;SOLUTION: A dispatched-person terminal 11 is provided with a GPS information acquiring section 111 having a GPS function, a display section 112, and an input section 113. The terminal 11 is also provided with a communication section 114. A dispatched-person support server 12 is provided with a communication section 121, an input section 122, and a display section 123. The server 12 is also provided with a railway station DB (database) 124 which stores the nearest railway stations of precontracted prescribed destinations in the form of a table, a route and address DB 125 which stores the addresses of and route information on the precontracted prescribed destinations in the form of a table, and a map DB which stores the maps (road maps) of the precontracted prescribed destinations and their vicinities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
