PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft preventing and fall preventing implement which is loaded through simple single operation, reduces a space for storage while being not used, is freely attached and detached, and effectively prevents the theft and the fall.;SOLUTION: This theft preventing and fall preventing implement attached on an upper part of a baggage basket for a bicycle, a motorcycle, or a scooter is provided with a cylindrical outer shell 7, a column 10 fitted in the outer shell 7, a window 8 which is formed by removing a part of the outer shell 7, and a protection plate 9 protruding outward from the window 8 in order to protect a baggage. The protection plate 9 is connected to the column 10 fitted in the outer shell 7. The shape of the window 8 is formed to be opened to the tangential direction of the circle so that the movement of the protection plate on a peripheral end along the tangential direction of the circle is enabled in a state where the column is fitted, and the window is opened to the longitudinal direction so that the movement of the protection plate 9 along the longitudinal direction is enabled when the protection plate 9 is in an almost horizontal position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
