Neck scarf or cravat is made from two pieces of fabric: (a) one forming a collar (1) with optional stiffening and a Velcro (RTM) fastening for its ends (2, 3); and (b) the other forming the scarf (5) itself, attached to the inside of the collar and folded over to conceal the collar's front surface and fastening. The scarf can be attached to the inner surface of the collar by a seam or other fastening, such as press studs
