Method for determining a person's health and nourishment parameters by input of data using forms relating to health, activities and nourishment and determination of corresponding lifestyle parameter values
Method has the following steps: fixing of assignments of personal health and nourishment parameters to lifestyle parameters; assignment of health and nourishment parameter values to corresponding lifestyle parameters; determination of lifestyle parameters for a person from the health and nourishment parameter values; and determination of health and nourishment parameter values from the lifestyle parameter values. The invention also relates to a corresponding computer system with data input from forms filled in by an individual relating to health, nourishment and lifestyle.
