FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: for implementing proposed method, air is cleaned, head or cooled in contact heat exchanger with subsequent compression in compressors and delivery into combustion chamber into which fuel and steam are also fed. Combustion products are expanded in turbines with generation of electric energy and then are directed for cooling into recovery steam generator and contact condenser with subsequent expansion and cooling in screw expander, drying in dryer and heating in surface gas-to-water heat exchanger with subsequent discharge through smoke stack. Design peculiarity of proposed plant is provision of heat accumulator divided into hot and cold parts, with contact condenser and contact heat exchanger being connected both with hot and cold parts of heat accumulator, and recovery steam generator being connected with hot part of heat accumulator. Proposed invention provides 2-2.5=fold increase in power output, increase of efficiency to 0.65-0.75 and fuel utilization factor to 0.85 - 0.90 and 2-3 -fold decrease of amount harmful substances discharged into atmosphere.
