PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing noodles using glutinous rice, normal rice, barley, peas, millet, indian millet, corns and ginseng. The manufactured noodles is nutraceutically excellent and has prevention and treatment effects on adult diseases, such as diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing noodles of glutinous rice, normal rice, barley, peas, millet, indian millet, corns and ginseng comprises the steps of: mixing glutinous rice, normal rice, barley, peas, millet, indian millet, corns and ginseng, as main ingredients with wheat flour, potato starch, refined salt and a ginseng extract; steaming the mixture thereof at 150 deg.C or higher for 20 minutes; pressing the steamed mixture on a plate; and forming it into noodle strips.
