PURPOSE: A Hangul learning method is provided to enable a user to phonetically learn the Hangul for a short time and to offer a moving picture of vocal organs for a word which is difficult to pronounce by using a proprietary keyboard and a computer program. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user pushes a button on a specific keyboard, and then a corresponding signal is transmitted to a main computer(S1). The main computer searches for a sound corresponding to the transmitted signal and outputs the searched sound by executing a sound program(S2). A moving picture of a structure of vocal organs corresponding to the transmitted signal, namely a character, is output(S3). The sound or moving picture is continuously output whenever a character is input via the specific keyboard in order for the user to perform a repeated pronunciation practice for a certain character or word(S4).
