PURPOSE: A process for producing regenerated ascon is provided to effectively coat both of coarse and fine constructional materials with desired emulsifying agent by continuously introducing them into a mixer by means of conveyor belts mounted on the same line at equal distances. CONSTITUTION: The process is carried out by an apparatus comprising a number of hoppers(1); respective belt feeders(2) to control and output amount of constructional material instantly below the hoppers(1); a driving motor(8) to provide driving power to the belt feeders(2); a number of belt conveyors(3) receiving the constructional material from the belt feeders(2) to transfer it for further use. To the hoppers, any one of coarse or fine materials having determined diameter along requirements in applications is entered. The fine material may comprise sands, stone powders and/or, especially, waste ascon mass after grinding it by way of specific crusher mounted on the above apparatus.
