PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of metal powders(Co, Ni, Cu) using continuous hydrothermal reactor in which the processes(feeding, reacting and discharging) proceed continuously. Accordingly, the synthetic method can prepare high purity metal powders in a short time, resulting in mass production. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of metal powders(Co, Ni, Cu) by hydrothermal method is as follows: feeding an aqueous solution of raw materials mixed in an effective ratio into an autoclave; heating and mixing with high purity H2 gas flowing; hydrothermal reacting; reacting unreacted materials again; discharging formed materials from the autoclave; filtering the formed powders; washing. The resultant metal powders have high purity more than 99.9%.
