"FOCUSED SOLAR ENERGY COLLECTOR, AND DOME FRESNEL LENS TO FOCUS ON SOLAR ENERGY RADIATION IN A SOLAR ENERGY COLLECTOR". The solar energy collector comprises a solar energy converter (28), a base element that supports the solar energy converter (28) and a dome-shaped Fresnel lens (10), including a transparent hemispherical shell (12) installed in the base element on the solar energy converter (28), with the diametrical line through the base of the shell corresponding to the long axis of the solar energy converter (28) and, on the inner surface of the shell, the prism elements (18 ) of the Fresnel lens, which are parallel to a plane and pass through the shell pole and the long axis of the solar energy converter (28), and which focus solar radiation in parallel rays that pass through the shell on each side of the plane in a linear focus on the solar energy converter (28), regardless of the position of the sun in relation to the lens shell when the sun is located in the plane.
