PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve job efficiency by not only lending a server simply but also analyzing accumulated data and periodically or timely returning analyzed results by electronic mail or the like as added-value. ;SOLUTION: A daily job report is inputted to an Internet provider server 1 by using a user terminal 3 (step A-4). The checking processing of job report data 112 is performed by using an advice terminal 2 (step A-6) and advising or reporting is performed to a registered superior by the means of the electronic mail or the like (step A-7). At the time, advice data 113 are prepared and stored in a data base 11. Also, user data 111 are referred to and the electronic mail is transmitted to the superior. The analyzed results are gathered on the basis of stored report contents, a report is prepared, the user data 111 are referred to and the electronic mail is sent to the superior (step A-8).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
