PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster information collection system that can allow a disaster control center to select video information with high reliability and cope with it even when communication is disabled.;SOLUTION: A disaster occurrence state information collecting public telephone 1 is provided with a video information temporary recording means 4 for temporarily storing identification information of an information provider read by an identification card read means and video information acquired by a video device interface means 3 altogether, and a communication control means 5 that supervises a communication state between the disaster occurrence state information collecting public telephone 1 and the disaster control center 11 and transmits the identification information of the information provider and the video information stored in the video information temporary recording means 4 to the disaster control center 11 when communication is available.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
