PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose and remove aromatic organochlorine endocrine disrupter at room temperature in a wide range of circumstances from dry gas to moist gas.;SOLUTION: This photocatalyst for decomposing and purifying aromatic organochlorine endocrine disrupter consists of a composite film between a photocatalyst comprising a hollandite-type crystalline structure of which the composition formula is represented as AxMyN8-yO16, wherein, A is one kind of element selected from K, Na and Rb, M is one kind or two kinds of elements selected from Fe, Ga, Zn, In, Cr, Co, Mg, Al and Ni, N is one kind or two kinds of elements selected from Sn and Ti and 1.5x≤2 and 2.5y≤2, and a thin film titanium oxide formed on a transparent base plate as catalyst carrier.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
