PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust guide assembly for a new VGS turbocharger, having improved high-temperature wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and hot hardness, or the like.;SOLUTION: The high-temperature wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and hot hardness at elevated temperatures, or the like are improved by constituting the constituent member of the exhaust guide assembly A, such as a variable blade 1, a turbine frame 2 or the varying mechanism 3 by a high nickel - high chromium heat-resisting member based heat resisting member and forming a coat of chromium carbide on the surface of the member, after removing thin oxide layer by reducing gas under decompression and then applying treatment in manner of pulse by cementation gas of few polymerizations between carbons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
