PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a change before a mutation of a genomic DNA is occurred with a certain and simple method by using a transgenic mouse and to simply identify the diseased part affected with the change. ;SOLUTION: This method comprises producing the transgenic mouse by using a construct in which cDNA such as a green fluorescence protein(GFP) and a -galactosidase alkaline phosphatase which can be a reporter gene is integrated into a gene expression vector having 3' untranslated region (3'-UTR) containing a poly A recognition sequence of an elongation factor-1 (EF-1) promoter and a Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), irradiating the transgenic mouse with a radiation rays or ultraviolet rays to make only cancerous or stressed cells emit a light or develop a color and identifying the diseased part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
