SOLUTION: When the occurrence of an abnormality in the body of a user is detected from the measured value of a biological information sensor 2, a portable terminal 1 originates an emergency call to surrounding portable terminals 3. In each of portable terminals 3, a rescue request message is displayed and the user of the portable terminal 3 recognizes abnormality in the user of the portable terminal 1 and can immediately start dealing or the like. Besides, the portable terminal 1 can display a method of first aid or the like on its display screen or display screen of the portable terminal 3. Further, the portable terminal 1 reports an emergency call via a portable telephone network to a cell center server 7 and the call center server 7 displays a dealing method or the like on the portable terminal 1 and can perform emergency communication or the like as needed.
