PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost burden of an interested party of transactions by reducing a foreign remittance commission generated when transferring funds to a foreign country in network transactions over a plurality of countries.;SOLUTION: Escrow service controls a money flow in cooperation with a purchaser country side financial institution and a seller country side financial institution. First of all, a computer 51 of a purchaser country side financial institution system 50 specifies a purchaser country side escrow account associated with a lending account when receiving money from a purchaser to the lending account allocated with every transaction matter, and executes processing for collecting funds to the purchaser country side escrow account from the lending account. Next, the computer 51 specifies a total demand amount of a plurality of transaction matters put in a state for paying a price of a commodity to a seller after completing acceptance by a purchaser.
