PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve troubles of youths.;SOLUTION: While children also use cellular phones mostly because of a development of the cellular phones, there are many school truancy, misconducts, crimes, suicides, and troubles of children in current schools and children's environment, a problem solution with a counselor is performed by means of exchanging troubles with a counselor by e-mail at a homepage over a cellular phone network which can be used at any time. By establishing the window of trouble consultation for primary school students, and junior and senior high-school students in the homepage of the school over the cellular phone network, and parents and children access over the cellular phones any time, exchange e-mails and consult with one another, thus solving the problems sooner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
