FIELD: biotechnology, gene engineering, veterinary science, medicine. SUBSTANCE: due to amplification and cloning the viral genome fragment of chicken variola of a native K strain it is obtained a TK-gene- containing DNA sequence insufficient for viral replication. By using the obtained DNA sequence, due to gene engineering techniques and manipulations pTK1FPV and pTK2FPV recombinant plasmids are obtained which contain 5 and 3-terminal parts of TK-gene. Due to these and other additional plasmids a pINTFPV1 plasmid vector is obtained which is able to integrate into chicken viral genome. This technical solution could be applied at obtaining gene engineering vaccines based upon chicken variola virus. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 5 dwg, 5 ex
