The present invention relates to a rubber shock absorber for a railroad car, and more particularly, a plurality of recesses formed on the surface of the iron plate plate when compression-molded in a state where the entire iron plate is covered with a buffer member so as to form a rubber shock absorber for a railroad car simply and safely. The yoke is connected to the carriage and the carriage at the start and stop of the railroad vehicle by providing a rubber shock absorber for a railroad car having a fixed angle part and a plurality of air discharge parts while being simultaneously filled with the buffer member in the groove. The present invention relates to a rubber shock absorber for railway vehicles, which can effectively absorb and disperse large shocks, noises, and vibrations generated in the vehicle.
