PURPOSE: A method for certifying product purchase and asking integrated bill is provided to pay for the product price together with a telephone cost by adding the product purchase specifications to the integrated bill of the AICPS(Advanced Information Communication Processing System). CONSTITUTION: A sub-system(101) for collecting and managing the integrated bill data collects and manages the product purchase specifications together with the telephone cost totally. A modem and ISDN user(102,104) purchase the products from the e-commerce providers(113,115,117,119) through PC network or internet. The e-commerce providers, such as internet provider and contents provider, transfers the data about a buyer and product purchase to a telephone payment approval system(123). The telephone payment approval system sends the data necessary to the approval of the purchaser to servers(125,127,129) for approving the product purchaser. A telephone charge management server(125) manages the data about charging the telephone cost of a user. A telephone user information management server(127) manages the data of the user. A KT card member management server(129) manages the KT card members. The telephone payment approval system stores the approved purchase specifications data to an integrated bill DB for charging the total bill.
