PURPOSE: A method for operating an Internet site for a network between a textile and a clothing company is provided to efficiently activate a direct deal between a provider and a consumer by enabling the provider to provide various information on textiles, by enabling the consumer to receive the information, thereby enabling the provider and the consumer to share various information on textiles. CONSTITUTION: A swatch to be registered in a web site is provided from a provider. The swatch is registered in the web site. After that, a consumer searches information on textiles. The consumer makes a database based on the consumer who requests the swatch. The information converted into the database is provided to the provider. The provider makes an information providing operator a request for transmitting the swatch to the consumer. The swatch is transmitted to the consumer. In case that the consumer doesn't search the information, contents for the textiles are distributed to textile companies off line.
