The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to plant genetics and selection and may be used for the estimation of triticale genotype resistance to fusariose.Summary of the invention consists in estimating resistance of the triticale genotypes to fusariose by electrophoretic analysis of the biopolymers in the triticale radicles after treatment of grains with 0,01% fusaric acid during 18 hours. It is analyzed the electrophoretic spectrum of the DNA fragments amplification products as a result of polymerase chain reaction when using oligonucleotide primers OPA.2: 5'TGCCGAGCTG-3' and OPA.3: 5'AGTCAGCCAC-3'. The triticale plants, to which the electrophoretic spectrum of the DNA fragments amplification products with a weight of 100…400 nucleotide pairs is not changed, are estimated as resistant to fusariose.
