PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caring lift supporting structure having an engaging groove in which the traveling runner of a second traveling rail slides on the lower surface side of a first traveling rail, and capable of being easily and speedily constructed.;SOLUTION: The caring lift is provided with a plurality of supports 1, a pair of the first traveling rails 2 which are disposed between the supports 1 and in which the engaging grooves 10 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the lower surface, the second rail 3 disposed between the first traveling rails 2, the traveling runner 13 capable of displacing the rail 3 with respect to the rails 2 sliding in the grooves 10 of the rails 2 and a caring device 4 suspended and engaged with the rail 3 in a slidable manner.
