PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient management in a relativelys all-scaled factory by accurately simulating various processing in an actual production line. SOLUTION: This production system is composed of an actual production line 11 for actually manufacturing a product and a virtual production line 12 obtained by constructing the actually same function as the actual production line 11 in a computer, and various processing is simulated in the virtual production line 12 so that efficient management in the actual production 11 can be performed. In this production method, various information in the actual production line 11 is transferred to the virtual production line 12, and the optimal way of advancing a lot is calculated in the virtual production line 12 based on the transferred information, and work instruction data based on the result of the calculation are transferred to the actual production line 11, and the production is performed in the actual production line 11 based on the transferred work instruction data.
