PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for further stabilizing tea steaming degree in a tea steaming apparatus capable of obtaining higher stability of the tea steaming degree, through automating and ensuring such complicated operations to be frequently done where tea-manufacturing operator(s) has (have) so far adjusted the angle of inclination of a steaming drum while monitoring the steamed degree of tea leaves.;SOLUTION: This method for stabilizing tea steaming degree in a tea manufacturing steaming apparatus comprises measuring the storage time of raw tea leaves, and changing the angle of inclination of the steaming drum of the tea manufacturing steaming apparatus according to the measured value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
