PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a coherent electron beam by introducing the function wherein an electron beam is turned into pulses with a time width generating coherency, by using an accumulating ring of cathode electrons of high energy or a collision equipment. ;SOLUTION: A high energy electron accumulating ring is constituted of an electron beam pulse separating equipment 2, an electronic optical system magnet 3, an electron beam pulse incidence equipment 4, and a dump 5 for processing non-recovery electron beam. Then, an energy high resolution electron beam 1 is turned into pulses with a time width generating coherency and is made a high energy coherent electron beam 1. In a coherent electron beam collision equipment, the reactive rate of resonant reaction increases with an increasing ratio which is almost the same degree as the number of electrons in a pulse, as compaired with the conventional collision equipment.
