PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve a fruit of a fruit tree in an intact state and further preserve a facility in an intact original state by generating ultrasonic waves for the periphery of a field crop such as the fruit tree or the facility where an electric wire is arranged with an ultrasonic wave converter and preventing wild animals or birds, or the like, around the fruit tree or the facility from approaching. SOLUTION: This apparatus is obtained by connecting a generator 1 for regenerating ultrasonic waves to a line supplied with a power source, installing a converter 2 for generating the ultrasonic waves with the electric wire 4 within a prescribed range from the generator 1 and installing a hollow tube 3 or a thin sheet 3 made of a high alloy or stainless steel so that the ultrasonic waves of the converter 2 can widely be diffused at an end of the converter 2 by welding. An inaudible frequency is made to flow through the periphery of the facility or the field crop by utilizing the converter 2 so that the wild animals or birds, or the like, are prevented from approaching. Thereby, damage to the facility occurring in succession by the wild animals can be prevented and damage to the field crop occurring in succession with the birds, or the like, can be prevented. There are advantages in that only living income of a farm household can be increased but also smooth flight of aircraft can be made in an airfield.
