PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with wire winding work in a field by using a flexible insulated base board provided with a wiring pattern consisting of a plurality of wires and connection terminals connected to both ends of the plurality of lines respectively. ;SOLUTION: This flaw detecting inspection coil element 1 based on magnetism for eddy flaw detection or the like is constituted by providing wiring patterns 20-1, 20-2 constructed of printed wires 21 and connection wires 22 and connection terminal pats 30-11, 30-12. 30-21, 30-22 provided with terminals 31 corresponding to the wires 21 in number on a flexible insulated base boards 10. A desired number of winding can be obtained when a plurality of the base boards 10 are layered. For example, the coil element 1 is wound on the surface of a pipe to be flaw-inspected, the respective terminal parts are connected to predetermined connectors, and consequently, a flaw inspection coil is assembled.
