The device for controlled transfer of laser radiation 1 is composed of a handle 8 on which is fixed on the tip 31 of a device for guiding the laser radiation 30 interchangeable, by means of a counter-tip 9 having a vertex 17; the handle 8 is crossed by a flux of laser radiation circulating in an optical fiber which terminates at the top 17 of the counter-tip 9; the laser radiation guiding device 30 comprises a rigid hollow rod 2 which is traversed by the laser radiation and which comprises, near its end 5, a window 4 through which the laser radiation exits via an optical device deviation; the rigid hollow rod is terminated by a point 6. The controlled radiation transfer device is intended for the treatment of skin wrinkles by direct thermal action of laser radiation at the dermis.
